Positif la piscine et la grandeur des chambres
Ce qu on a pas aimer c est la restaurations très mauvaise qualité on est tomber malade le lendemain c est comme la cantine, les matelas sont dur comme du bois aucun confort et aussi on a pas su dormir car trop de bruit pas d insonorisation et il y a plein de méduse dans la mer faite attention hôtel à éviter !!!!!!!

Petites attentions comme une corbeille à fruit dans la chambre le premier jour , un petit bouquet de fleur le deuxième. La femme de chambre très agréable. La chambre répond à mes attentes.
Le restaurant est très bruyant, la nourriture médiocre sauf la pâtisserie qui elle , était délicieuse .

„Alles Prima außer SPA , sehr sehr schade
Das Zimmer sowie die Aussicht und die Größe war hervorragend! Man zahlt zwar extra aber es lohnt sich definitiv! Man hatte Zimmerservice immer frische Getränke im Kühlschrank und jeden Nachmittag frisches Obstteller im Zimmer ! Das Animationsteam besonders Sam , Carlo und siso wirklich super man sieht wie sehr sie sich anstrengen und ihre Arbeit super machen ! Das Essen war für tunesische Verhältnisse ganz okay und ich kann das behaupten da ich schon ganz Tunesien bereist habe und in verschiedenen Unterkünften war ! Man hatte rund um die Uhr immer essen ob in der Bar oder im Snack stand , echt top!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Spa! Man hat mir 150€ wortwörtlich aus der Tasche abgezogen und mir eine Dienstleistung verkauft die einfach schrecklich war ! Der hamam war gut aber das Wasser zum abduschen eiskalt ! Die Massagen waren furchtbar, ich hatte schon unterschiedliche Massagen in meinem Leben in verschiedenen Ländern gehabt und fand es sehr sehr schlecht und habe 3 Behandlung vorzeitig abgebrochen ! Da die Dame nach 5 mal sagen sie soll bitte fester und vernünftig massieren immer nur weiter gestreichelt hat ! Lieber raus aus dem Hotel und in der Stadt selbst einen spa für vielllll günstiger buchen ! Auch das blubberbad es war dreckig und eiskalt ?! Wie soll man da entspannen ?! Wenn so ein Hotel SPA anbietet bitte achtet drauf das ihr vernünftig geschultes Personal einstellt und nicht einfach die Touristen abziehen, denn auch wir Touristen arbeiten hart für das Geld ! Ich war nur drei Nächte da, da ich kein heißes Wasser zum duschen im Zimmer hatte! Elektriker kam aber nichts änderte sich ! Für Tee im Aufenthaltraum musste man extra zahlen sehr schade, da es bei all inklusive dazu gehört wie Kaffee. Der Strand sollte sauber gehalten werden von den Algen !
